Payment options through Afterpay or the National Dental Plan powered by Humm are available.
Terms of payment are as follows:
Payment for services provided are due on the day of consultation/treatment.
Private health fund claims require a digital or physical card to process claims through HICAPS. Claims need to be processed through HICAPS on the day of consultation/treatment. In the event your private health fund card or your health fund is unavailable, your account will need to be paid in full. A copy of your claim will be provided for you to manually claim through your health fund.
We recognise that on rare occasions patient may require unplanned treatment and thus an unexpected account. In such situations payment terms may be extended by the discretion of the practice manager.
ANY ASSOCIATED COST TO RECOVER PAYMENT THROUGH COLLECTION AGENCIES
AND LEGAL COST INCURRED IN THE RECOVERY OF AN OVERDUE ACCOUNT WILL BE
ADDED TO OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT BALANCE.
